Dear Aunt Ceil & Uncle
Frank,
Hi, how are u?
I hope you'll
be able to read my
writing, I used to
- page two -
be write handed but
the doctor fused
it. By the way I
This has been one heck of a busy morning so far. Tom stayed up last night writing a paper which was due at 10 this morning. So I had to get up early this morning, drive him to school, come back & type 8 pages, then rush back to school so he could turn the paper in.
Sure was a pretty afternoon here. Tom & I gave the ol' laundry and books up & went out to the lake, climbed around by a big bluff - scratched up my left knee, but sure was fun. We're going to organize a picnic for next weekend if the weather stays so warm.
You should see the ol' place now - it's looking quite nifty. I put the brick contact in the kitchen & it made a world of difference. Made everything look warm & cozy. It sure would be nice to someday have real brick in the kitchen!
Tom has gone over to school to see about what to do picnic-wise. It's not as warm today as it has been, so don't know for sure if we'll go. For me, it's not too cold - my ski pants still have a semblance of fit & with my sweat shirt I feel very comfortable out. Will see what Harry & Rog think.
There's nothing new, of course, to write, but just wanted you to know we got back alright. We arrived here about 6:45 in the midst of some terrible fog. Could hardly see 5 feet in front of yourself. It's turned now into a wet snow so I'm staying in today.
