Andrew Muldrough (McMuldrough) probaby born in Ballynahinch Ireland (County Down), wife Jean? French Hugenot from same place. To Bucks County Penn. (year?), to Augusta County Virginia in early 1740's. Andrew's will probated in 1759 - leaving estate to wife Jean. Two "infant" sons mentioned in will, John and Hugh.
John was in Kentucky as early as 1776. Was deeded 1,000 acres of land in 1781, using preemptory treasury warrant #392. Signed by Patrick Henry. Town of Muldraugh named for John, also the range of hills, Muldraugh Hills.
