Nelson county - Washington, Marion, Taylor, north half of each of Green,
Edmonson, Butler & McLean Ohio, Davies, Hancock, Breckenbridge, Meade, Hardin,
south half of each of Bullitt, Spencer, Nelson, Larue & Grayson
