Mary E. Smith Obituary

Mary E. Smith, wife of Elmer Smith and daughter of the late Ben F. Muldrow and
Anna Belle Muldrow DeClew, passed away at Springfield, Mo. on September 22,
1967. She had attained the age of 55 years and eight days.

Anna Belle Muldrow DeClew, passed away at Springfield, Mo. on September 22,
1967. She had attained the age of 55 years and eight days.

Mrs, Smith was born at Bourbon, Missouri on September 14, 1912 where she spend
her childhood. She graduated from Flat River, Mo high school where she lived at
that time.

On June 23, 1933 she was married to Elmer Smith and to this marriage two sons
were born. She lived in various Missouri cities where her husband's work took
them. She has lived in Mt. Vernon, Mo. the last six years. She was a member of
the First Methodist church at Mt. Vernon, Mo.

Surviving besides her husband Elmer are two sons, Richard M. Smith of Chapel
Hill, No. Car; and James D. Smith of Rolla, Mo; her mother, Anna Belle DeClew of
Sullivan; one brother, Frank Muldrow of St. Louis; two sisters, Ruth Johnson of
Sullivan and Irene Cheek of Cantwell, Mo; one grandchild, Stephen Muldrow Smith,
uncles, nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services were conducted Sunday, Sept. 24, 1967 from the Chapel of the
Eaton Funeral Home with Rev. L.H. Owens officiating, Interment was in the
I.O.O.F. cemetery.
